Sometime Shrouded in Streams of Sadness

The universe was a place of wonders, and only habituation, the anaesthesia of the everday, dulled our sight.
Salman Rushdie
-The Santanic Verses

Do you seriously think that blood is the only thing in this world that is colored red?
Genjo Sanzo-Gensomaden Saiyuki

-In Sadness

Sometimes those special need to support us. The world that encapsulates our lives can strangle our soul. Seemingly neverending barages of troubling times surround us, holding us in. We believe that this will never clear. It is fully normal and not at all a rarity to experience this. People run into bumps, potholes and pits. We can feel rejection, lonliness and experience a lingering shroud of sadness. Good things, glorius things in life we have long awaited can vanish in an instant. Incredibly special people that include good friends and family who live near and afar and your own personal instincts and backbone must stay strong, as much as possible through these turbulent times. People who work to inflict harm must be solved and not taken too deeply into your heart. Vicious comments and actions occur during our lives. We run into situations that baffle our minds so much that not a shred of sense gets processed. The only information we can understand is that it's negative. We need to learn to comprehend the situation and seek help from all sides including ourselves.

Hurtful comments are hurled at us as if applesauce, secure lines are torn and shredded and layers of trust burst into tears. We love to see those close to us who hail from afar, spending time with them is just so special. To be able to see each other laugh literally, see eye to eye literally and hug literally. You make the most of every moment you and they can spare when you are nearby. Though the time comes when that final hug must be given, the final adieu given. You must once again continue to use your phone lines and Internet connection to send thoughts, support and affection across the world wherever they may reside. Tears flow, though both of you must remember that you were lucky to have been handed this golden opportunity. To have shared this cluster of memorable moments that you can treasure and hold dear forever and ever. If you are tragically battered by the unforgiving and spike lined bullying bat or even swung at mercy to you. Though do not surround yourself with billowing clouds of darkness, though you will want to. Continue to live life, love life and reach out and clutch the hand of those close. They are there whenever you are tearing, balling or battered. So is your soul.

Lean On Me. by Bill Withers

  • Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
  • We all have sorrow
  • But if we are wise
  • We know that there's always tomorrow
Lean on me, when you're not strong
  • And I'll be your friendI'll help you carry on
  • For it won't be long'Til I'm gonna need
  • Somebody to lean on
    Please swallow your pride
  • If I have things you need to borrow
  • For no one can fill those of your needs
  • That you don't let show
Lean on me, when you're not strong
  • And I'll be your friend
  • I'll help you carry on
  • For it won't be long'
  • Til I'm gonna need
  • Somebody to lean on
If there is a load you have to bear
  • That you can't carry
  • I'm right up the road
  • I'll share your load
  • If you just call me
So just call on me brother, when you need a hand
  • We all need somebody to lean onI just might have a problem that you'd understand
  • We all need somebody to lean on
Lean on me when you're not strong
  • And I'll be your friend
  • I'll help you carry on
  • For it won't be long
  • Till I'm gonna need
  • Somebody to lean on
