Tattoo staff writer Samantha Perez of St. Bernard Parish outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. In her latest quintet of entries Perez tells all about a reunion with her friends and how her family and her was planning to cope with Christmas and make it as happy as can be. Perez also reports on the tragic and wrongful acts against displaced Hurricane Katrina victims in their newly adopted schools in Louisiana and much more.
